the problem with inserts is you loss capacity,with going to small wire concaves you don't and it takes less then a hour to change concaves for small grains and just use round bar for corn and beans and always make sure the concaves are level.

Are those quarter round inserts a Deere product or yours. They look easy to work with.

@@deerefarmer7235 They will only work with our concaves. They are designed specifically to fit the opening that our concave is.
