Hi. I don’t normally do this but I came from a dysfunctional household. At the age of 19, someone introduced me to a Buddhist chant. Nam -Myoho-Renge-Kyo. It helped me see myself more clearly and achieve many goals. I was able to harness my energy into positive action and felt unstoppable. I overcame so many hardships. I’m doing exceptionally well now. At 56, I’m retired, very well off and happy overall. My greatest joy was raising 2 very gifted young men. I was able to sort out the negative mental effects of child abuse and neglect in my early twenty’s. The chant helped me to do that and is necessary to function properly in this world. Emotional wounds from the past (from your parents or from your loved ones) can sabotage your perspective of the world and relationships. When one chants this repeatedly, the tongue hits the upper palate and creates a vibrational effect on the head and the chakras. This effect changes your frequency, and soon you draw to yourself better and more positive life experiences. Like attracts like. Look it up and try it for yourself. Your whole life can unfold so differently than it is now. You don’t have to believe in Buddhism but you do have to try the chant to see for yourself. All the best to you!

That's a great idea... if you speak it, it shall be... organize worldwide handpan meditations. I believe there are some groups whom have organized worldwide meditations where folks meditate simultaneously in public and private spaces. So it is possible to spread the love in places like hospitals, recovery centers, community centers, and the like. Just giving a little inspiration to make your wonderful idea come to life! Ase!

Please know that no matter how you feel right now, and like you can’t imagine how things could ever get better, that they will. I promise you can do this! You are such a magnificent individual. I felt much of what you’re feeling with such depths of despair and so much emotional pain I wanted to end it. Had the perfect plan. Crazy things happened. I now, several years later, look back and cry in gratitude because it made me grow in ways unimaginable and showed me how at my weakest I was really strong. One of my strengths was in pushing on when I was so tired of living and making myself breathe. Couldn’t even get out of bed for days on end. And honestly, I just had an impossible dream that was my heart’s desire and kept making myself imagine and feel what it would feel like if that dream was accomplished. I forced myself to intentionally think of any little thing for which I could be grateful. Even just clean hot water in which to shower. My blankets, my pillow, anything we generally take for granted. And I am in awe that today I can say my life is better than I ever imagined it could be. It’s better than ever. And to think I could have made myself miss the best part of my life! And I am just so thankful that suddenly I am meeting the best people in my life after decades of people who just hurt me- and seemed only to want to destroy me and any peace or joy. To thine own self be true friend. Sounds like you are on the path of really knowing who you are. Please know for sure that you are a spectacular creation. You hold a special place in this world. No matter what is going on around you, know it from inside your heart.

my cat passed away 10 months ago, and this was the song we were listening to together when he got very very sick. Everyday, all day & all night for 7 days was all we did together, between trying to feed him, the panic attacks and the crying sessions. I’ve been trying to avoid this video for months, and now that I hear these notes again I can’t help but be right back at that time with him. Although this melody that was so soothing at the time and so beautiful for what it is, I associate it now with loving profoundly and grief… I love you my little Moogni, mommy misses you every single day…

Hallo Malte, eine magische Geschichte: Ich hab seit Monaten ein Hornissennest dicht neben einem Fenster. Bei Dunkelheit und Licht umschwirren sie täglich wie angriffslustig das erleuchtete Fenster. Jetzt spielte ich diese Musik und sie gaben Ruhe, blieben entspannt im Bau. Ich konnte das Fenster endlich mal wieder öffnen. Sehr kurios, die Wirkung deiner wohltuenden Musik - nicht nur auf mich und die Menschenwelt.
