I have a new cat that used to be very active with her previous owners, she is not allowed to go outside yet since she has only been here for a few days. She became very depressed, sleeping all day and uninterested in anything, until I showed her this video, she leaped up to catch the birds and wanted to be petted afterwards because I fooled her. Then she walked over to her untouched foodbowl and started gobbling it all up. I am so happy and thankful now, I was a point where I didn't really know what to do with her anymore and here she is finally eating! :D :D :D

My cat was very sick and I had to have her euthanized yesterday. I played this for her the whole afternoon while saying my goodbyes, and she went peacefully at home surrounded by the love of her family, our voices, and to the sounds of this video. Thank you for this content.

Sorry I did go in to effing details the day after he passed. He would of been 18 October 14th. I miss him dearly and your comment was completely unnecessary.

I was lying down on my couch, laptop on my lap. Cat came along, he wanted his spot. I pushed the laptop back to my knees, cat climbed on me. I finished my video, then I figured I'd come here to spend some quality time with the kitty. As soon as I put it on, he perked up, sat in a loaf on my tummy and stared at the birds. We were like that for 30min. :)

My cats love this! I found this super helpful when we were at the veterinary office recently, and my little cat was nervous and wouldn't stay still. I don’t usually like leaving comments but I wanted to thank you. My cat got out of surgery yesterday, super sad and upset. For her first few hours back home she would just sit and stare at the ground, no matter what we tried. I set up a little comfort space in our closet and sat with her on the floor with this calming cat tv on, hoping to get her mind off of the pain. Within 10 minutes she had already forgotten about her pain and was pawing at my phone. Not too long after she realized they were fake, she fell asleep. Her recovery will still take a couple of weeks but she’s been doing much better since. Thank you ❤️

I no longer have a cat, but the quality of the video--the details of each bird, the birdsong without any intrusive noise clutter--makes this one of my favorites. Like one of the other comments said, I use it as background while I work or read or clean. I only wish a little click of the mouse would put up a little subtitle card with the name of the bird species whenever I wanted to know a bird with which I was unfamiliar. I guess that is another project for another day. Love that it is 8 hours long. IT IS SO SOOTHING AND RELAXING. Makes me ready for the next birding adventure!

I live on the 12th floor of an apartment building and have an awesome 14 year old calico that I rescued from having to go to the pound, at his old house he could hang out in the yard and enjoy the sun... I feel bad for him at times, being stuck in my building without getting to enjoy nature as much as he used to. I take him out to sunbathe and relax and he loves it. Your videos really help him enjoy nature from a different perspective, he will sit in front of my TV for hours at a time and watch the 52 inch with "Cat TV" playing while I watch Netflix off my computer monitor haha. I have to remind him to stop jumping at the TV from time to time and I fear he may break it. But.. if he does so be it, I can get another tv, I cant get another friend like him :D
