It really helps ! I put it on as background music for her when I'm working in the living room. Just so she would not come and ask me to play with her all the time (she's a Malinois of 11 months) . One disadvantage : it makes me too relaxed as well !! We end up in the sofa together :))

I have a super hyperactive pit bull mixed with lab heeler and aussie that's 6 months old. When we go to bed, he goes from bouncing off the walls everywhere to curling up on my legs and stomach and we both fall asleep like that and I wake up rested and hes more relaxed. I find this just as relaxing and calming as does my three Dogs. We all seem less stressed, even my husband who is wound tight and stressed has a better nights sleep with this playing quietly in the back. The tones aren't too high or Low and the rhythm (the pace) is right on not too fast.All of these things together have created music that helps my household destress and fall asleep. That's saying alot coming from house..

I'm absolutely stunned. My dog has been a nervous wreck as his old age sets in, to the point that he runs around the house hitting random objects to alert us to dangers that are not there.
