I usually prefer a backpack as my personal item because I love having my hands free. But I've been using a backpack for years and I'm finally ready to try some other options so now I'm thinking of trying out some totes. Plus I think they look so nice and chic when you're traveling. 😂

I have this mini (got it during a sale) and love it. I've managed a 3-day trip with this and a backpack or tote. It fits quite a bit, but the telescopic handle is more wobbly than I'd care for.

It is, isn't it?!! Yes! The 16" includes the wheels. Without the wheels it's around 13" or so. Beis also JUST came out with a mini luggage too. Apparently it's for kids, but I don't care. 😂😂

I’m 78 years old and can no longer lift a regular carry on into the overhead bin. Depending on the weight of this bag I would be interested in this bag in place of a carry on. I would then put a backpack or other personal item under the seat.

I’m 73 and have the same needs. I’m using one of these and an Away backpack. I think it will work great for my needs.
