Big ups to Calum. He isn't just a bodybuilding icon anymore, he is a beacon of inspiration that many of us need. To hear someone who was compared as being the next Arnold talk about the depths of pain and confusion that we as humans are vulnerable to feel regardless of perceived success is a very strong message.

I hope Calum doesn’t feel pressure to compete again if it will cause unnecessary stress or complicate his life. It seems like he is just becoming okay again. Might not want to upset that. Keep priorities. Additionally, lifting with Larry tends to be bad for many people’s health.

Hearing Ryan says he's a believer in Christ✝️ and Larry mentioning he's opening the Bible📖 and searching for God brought me tremondous JOY! Larry couldn't of partnered with a better man for his gym and coaching. The fact that Ryan is older and wiser and loves the Lord is EXACTLY what Larry needs at this stage in his life. To have a close brother in Christ is invaluable! Especially after being newly married, you need The Bible's wisdom in order to have a long joyful and successful marriage. The fact Larry is unashamed to speak on his new found faith in Jesus is remarkable and beyond refreshing! I will keep you, Ryan, your marriage and businesses in my prayers🙏🏻 for now on!

I personally think the Mr Olympia contest is killing the rest of the shows. My reasoning is most athletes just want to qualify for the O and dont want to do shows. There are so many pros that dont need to do shows because they have won the O. Rami, Brandon, Hadi, Derek. And if Nick or Samson wins it, then our top 5 will not need to compete outside the O. I think everyone should have to re-qualify. The Mr O winner should only get a single pass for the next Mr O and not qualified for life. Top 3 or 5 should not qualify either. Winning a show should not qualify you either, instead it gives you points only. This means you need to do more shows to solidify your qualification and not just disappear for the season. So win 1 show and take the risk. OR win 2 shows and have a solid standing on the ladder. It creates more hype, and ability for contestants to "knockout" others on the ladder and at the cutoff time, only top 15 on the ladder go to the O. This means all year long, the big names have to battle it out to stay on the ladder, and there will be dog fights to retain top spots on the 10-15 ladder placements.

I don't think body builders are totally narcissistic or arrogant like sure they have be to be to be successful to achieve there size and leanness but when you actually see them sit down and talk when there not training and don't have the same exact goals as they did before there actually all super nice great guys and I can tell they care about each other I can see them showing empathy I like the relationship these three blokes have its a brotherhood I love that about that none of them are evil there all good guys they just have to go to that extreme to be successful but it's not all who they are. We all need some victorys in our lives and that doesn't mean there totally narcissistic because there not there normal humans with there emotions and own issues sometimes people have to go super extreme and reckless to be successful that's the way world is its there passion there's nothing wrong with that as long as there not hurting anyone
