I thank you for this Pastor Paul. I believe I lived in an oppressed situation for years with a man who claimed to love God, but never knew Him. I am no psychologist nor do I have a medical degree, but I know I lived with evil. NPD is an insidious disorder that defines evil in many ways. I praise God every day for rescuing me and protecting my heart from the damage meant to destroy me. A husband is supposed to be your soul mate but this man may be soul-less. I pray for him because I know God will deal with his evil in time. As for me, it is good to be near God!

The narcissist loves nothing more than to put others down so that they may be elevated; so you have my sympathy. God bless you for praying for that person. God has given me experience with a narcissist as defined by the DSM IV and I happen to have a copy which is an interesting thing to dip into for people who are being tormented by some ungodly creature!

I believe NPD is increasing in our day. There are many kind people unaware of such a person. These people will do anything to an unsuspecting person, from gaslighting up to killing them. Be aware. Research these evil people.

@@bethfurry7461 So true. They are soul murderers. Children of narcissists don't worry about going to hell, because they generally have been living in hell. Sadly, if you tell a narcissist you love them it's an invitation for them to hurt you. I lived it and it was liberating to understand. As was said, we need to pray for us and for them because we are often prey to the increasing numbers of these demonically possessed people. They become their own gods. Salvation is a miracle, but even more so if the narcissist ever truly sees their need to be saved. It's rare. That much I do know. God bless you, Beth, and anyone else hurt by a narcissist. :)

I agree with most of what you say... especially in not seeking "revenge" ...BUT we are called to stand against evil and give it no room, so it doesn't continue and overtake us. If not, then why do parents discipline there misbehaving children, or we would completely disband the Police, or we shouldn't have stood against the Nazi and their horrific treatment of the Jewish people, and others. Of course, we should not take revenge, but we should stand against evil.

Hey Pastor Paul. Thanks for making these videos available to the public. I'm not trying to be harsh, but have you ever noticed how much you say "ya know"?.. Go from 9:47 and count how many times you say it in the next 30 seconds lol.. It's like one of those like filler words ya know; or phrases; like people who like, feel the need to say "go ahead" before every action; like I'm going to go ahead and like tell you, ya know that, filler words are like, a bit ya know, annoying sometimes, ya know? lol. Seriously I'm not trying to be rude; if I did the same thing I'd want to know about it. :) Ya know?.. I used to like, say like, way too much and thankfully someone like, pointed it out.
