Great message on Psalm 23. I have been led to consider this Bible passage during my personal retreat today 16/09/2023. Many thanks, Pastor Paul for listening to the Holy Spirit and teaching about the heart of the Father towards us; waiting for us to come to Him for a personal relationship. May the bless you, all yours and your ministry richly, Amen Please every believer that reads this should agree with me that my personal relationship with the Lord will henceforth continue to improve daily and I will never slip back no matter my circumstances in Jesus Christ's name, Amen.

I watch your Bible studies almost every day but I don't comment. I just want you to know how much I appreciate your verse by verse exposition. I'm a dummy and need smart people to explain the details to me. You are a gift from The Lord.❤❤❤

The good shepherd is a wonderful name. Sheep follow. Sheep are gentle, submissive, trusting. Sheep don’t rebel but they are prone to wandering. They have no ability to defend themselves. Hence they require a shepherd who isn’t content to lose even one. I am a sheep among the flock of the Good Shepherd Jesus Christ.

Thanks for explaining the word of the lord so well it always gives me comfort that the lord always wants to have a personal relationship with me no matter wat I just need to walk with him as he is so close to me. I know if I am far from him and its not going well then I want to mack that personal relationship again. But I do not need to punch myself for that I need to be free to be able to do that as I cant be thinking ok I was far from him but now that I have pain I then want to know him and then veel bad or not worthy to do so I have to know that no matter how far I was from the lord I must know I can go to the lord no matter how far I was. Peuple must know that the lord's arms is open for any one that wants to have a relationship with him even if someone does not know the Lord and when it's going bad then returns to the Lord for help the Lord arms will be open for him and that person does not have to feel ashamed or bad for not doing that while it was going good as we did not know and his stupid beer not feeling bad to return to the Lord as if he would feel bad he will never know the Lord as he will be too ashamed DiCecca Lord as he feels like a failure and then rather stay away therefore no matter what your circumstances are the Lord's arms always be open for everybody that wants to have a relationship with him.

I’m glad that I’m not the only one that thought in verse one David was saying that he didn’t want the Lord. I also thought that they were singing sleep in heavenly peas instead of heavenly peace in Silent Night. I think I am the only one with that misconception though.

@Spooky2girl4 жыл бұрын
R.L. Dowell I’m a New Zealander, so we speak British English. I was amazed at the American English understanding 😆. I wonder what other subtle differences we have in our English? I live in Australia now, I find even here the Australians do a double take at what I say sometimes. In new Zealand we wear jerseys, but here they wear cardigans. We also understand that Jersey is a breed of cow but we have no confusion ourselves between jersey and Jersey, and of course Jersey in America 😆. I also take this Psalm literally that there will be green pastures in Heaven where we can walk. I’d like to walk through one with you one day when we get to Heaven 💖

So sin only separates our relationship with God, not Eternally ?????
@martasilva746210 ай бұрын
sin separates us eternally, but as christians we are already forgiven because of Jesus' sacrifice and our faith in Him. If we become comfortable with sin, I believe that is a step closer to leave Jesus!
