It depends on where you come from. Like us who are from the Atlantic part of the world, the Philippines is far and we have to spend more to get there compared to nearer countries. All foreign countries are very welcome to everyone. Philippines is very safe and for those who was thinking that Philippines is not safe for travelers, thats not true. People are very nice, kind, and most of the Filipinos are very hospitable. They will share what they have even they are poor. They will offer free foods once you entered in their house. I am Filipino lives here in Montreal Canada but there's nothing like filipinos. Absolutely Filipinos are one of a kind. Visit Noth too, once you are in Metro Manila, visit first North because you are now in Luzon.
