I'd be getting those parked cars at an slight angle pointing towards the entrance as clients arrive instead looking like a car park,use the grass for the off road vehicles, use the environment to showcase the said vehicle, have a utility section, family mpv, executive etc etc

Speaking from my experience. We usually park the cars in order of mot or repairs. So doing this would not make sense. Would be gaps in slots and not enough space if that makes any sense.

Just commenting on the BMW talk about how good their customer service is; I had nothing but bad experiences with mechanic garages, take a car in with a problem, come out with a new problem and a massive bill. Nearly a year ago I purchased a really nice BMW E90 and found out it had a safety recall so I contacted BMW Group 1 in Hindhead and booked it in. Whilst I was there and it was having the recall done, they found some issues with the car, cruise control, DTC and some other bits, and they fixed all these issues and didn't charge me for anything. Since then I use them even if I need a new tyre. The customer service is excellent!

Thank you mate, really interesting comment. I think everything in life should be 2-way. I recently paid for some coaching with one of my businesses. The guy was keen to take my money which I paid but now on the other side he’s not on it at all. In fact he’s absolutely useless. To anyone that is selling any kind of coaching/course they simply need to deliver, there’s so many people out there wanting education. People literally pay to go to uni to learn stuff they don’t care about. Providing it’s 2-way and both sides are happy then it’s absolutely a good thing. In my case, I don’t have the time to teach people how to earn money for free. So I have to charge. And to the guy that scammed me out of thousands of pounds… I’m thankful to him because it is that situation that drove me to start coaching people correctly.

BMWs customer service is definitely top! One time I pulled up in my slammed E46 scraping into their yard, and it was raining. Someone actually came out to greet me with an umbrella. I had a ep3 civic back in the day. I went into Honda when the fk8 first came out in my works gear at lunch. The rep wouldn’t even look at me. Then when I got his attention he looked and spoke to me like a bit of trash and a waste of time. I probably would have struggled financially to buy one but could have just about afforded one. Fast forward a few years and I can afford any car I want but i won’t be going into a Honda garage. And for the record I still have my ep3 it’s sat next to a s2000 in my garage, still love both of them

Bmw replaced the recall fault on the chain on the 320d m sports,,, chain fell off again 2k miles later and they refused to do it and left the engine stripped in my boot and sent me packing had to to 2k to get it done
