WINSTON🌠RAM BAM🌠PETERS....NICE LITTLE TRIBUTE TO GYPSY.
@riyadhrafique83772 жыл бұрын
Winston Peters "Gypsy". Some memorable Calypsoes from this Calypsonian include his first two (2) hits "For Cane"- a double entendre (double meaning) as well as "PP vs PP" released in 1972. As time goes on some of his hits would include "Soca Train" from 1984. Songs like "The Sinking Ship" & "Emily"- a favorite of mine- bacchanal tune from the LP The Action Too High (1986). "Sing Ram Bam" from the album We Need More Love (1987). "Sereno Sera" Parang tune from 1990. Fast forward to 1999- his wining tune "Little Black Boy" a social commentary that nearly 25 years later, should be played more often in Trinidad, mainly because of the crime/corruption situation. Gypsy, Sir I salute you- remember seeing you in Trinidad at the OWTU- the Oil Field Workers Trade Union. It was wonderful to chat with you!!!! Continue doing your thing in Calypso/Kaiso!!!!! 😎
