This song has a different meaning to me. It is a woman loosing her husband, father of her son, and best friend to addiction(the burning house). The woman almost drove herself crazy trying to fix him but because of their son she left him in the burning house. She returns to the fire in her day dreams because that's the only way she can feel close to her husband again. She dreams of giving up and just staying with him but the love for their son is what keeps her awake. She did him wrong by trying to fix him for so long. It hurt him, her, and their son.

+CK Young This song represents addiction for me as well. I couldn't pull him out of the "fire" of his addiction. And even though I could see the flames and see the house burning down I couldn't leave him there all alone. And sometimes I wonder if my love for him hurt him more or did him wrong by "enabling" him. Love couldn't cure him. It's like our entire life wasn't even real...... like I was sleep walking. The end of the video where they're holding each other on the bed and the house is burning down is a tear jerker for me. I can't make it through this song without falling apart.
