Ingredients:
Oil-5 Tbsp
Garlic- 4 Or 14 Grams
Ginger-6 Grams
Curry Leaves-2
Lemon Grass-1 piece
Cloves-3
Cinnamon-3
Cardamom-3
Onion-6 Or 700 Grams
Green chili-3
Salt to your taste
Ground chicken-565 Grams
Salt to your taste
Plain chili powder-3 Tbsp
Chili flakes-2 1/2 Tbsp
Maldive Fish-16 Grams or 2 Tbsp (Washed & soaked in water for 10 mins)
Tamarind-14 Grams (Soaked in 3 Tbsp of water)
Sugar-1 Tbsp
Lime Or Lemon Juice (add after Turning off the heat)
