I had just arrived in Scottsdale to shoot photos for a club when that suns vs knicks game was happening. It was on all the TVs. When cam made that three, the whole club went fucking CRAZY. I’ll never forget that moment.

The Friday night of the game, I was on a Lyft ride to my birthday dinner. Meeting some of my best friends to celebrate. End up getting into a car accident and spinning out of control on the freeway overpass. Luckily the car didn’t fly off the overpass, and I escaped with only minimal cuts to my neck, chest and arms. Ended up getting picked up by friends and still drove over to the restaurant. Arrived at restaurant with 4 mins left in the 4th quarter. Got to see the Cam game winner. The game winner moment made me realize that sometimes, the unthinkable happens. Same way I beat all odds to avoid critical injury hours earlier in the accident. Will never forget that day, or that game.
