Cam Ward Shines In Miami Hurricanes Spring Football Game, Other Top Performers, Recruiting Updates

Cam Ward is raising the bar at quarterback for the Miami Hurricanes. Ward stood out in Miami’s spring football game, throwing three touchdowns and zero interceptions. He looks comfortable in Shannon Dawson’s offense. Miami’s first team offense got the better of the first team D. Ward’s chemistry with receivers Xavier Restrepo and Isaiah Horton is evident. Miami’s backup quarterbacks were not as consistent, but Jacurri Brown and Emory Williams both had good moments.

Let's just go and say the unsaid. Due to a serious foot injury, M Fletcher won't see the field next season. Who knows about Citizen. Lofton may be forced to play running back. UM must get a good, experienced rb from the Portal. It is critical. J Lyle, the incoming freshman, will have to get up to speed quickly to help. This is not a good situation to be in.
