You know, I hope I am wrong about the ZL1 1LE being gone/not being made anymore. But the details dealerships are getting and the allocation number tell the story of gone forever. Car has been on constraint since late 2022 and they did get old 2022/2023 orders out, but the plant holding lots have been also absent of ZL1 1LE’s for months now.

@@wildandblueZL1 for the last three months on a weekly basis I have a gentleman who snaps photos and send them my way. Are used to be 50+ ZL1 1LE’s viewable. And just about every photo over the last two months there have been none. But I standby. Jim is no longer going to accept any new orders for those cars.

@Lethalgarage thank you lethal. Videon chevrolet contacted me last Thursday they received a 2024 camaro zl1 allocation. Kinda disappointed I passed on the allocation for msrp in hopes of the track package. I reached back out to dealership today. Come to find out they couldn't find some one to place a order and the dealership had to do a dealership order. 😥 wish I new this information last Thursday ugh. 8 zl1 allocations given out today for entire united states with the zl1 on constraint. Ugh

Hey Bro, this is a good info video for all of your subscribers. I ordered a 23 ZL1 LE back in March and had been waiting for allocation from the dealer only to find that they were having big issues with parts for the LE. My dealer got with me and we brainstormed what was missing and it wound up being the constraints were on the rear wing and the suspension parts for the LE mod so I built it with everything but those items that can’t be gotten. So we ordered the ZL1 back in April (end) was in production in the beginning of July. Now it’s stuck in Michigan w the VIN and hasn’t been transported nor will it till September!!! Ugh. Was supposed to be here by the end i of July. Btw I got the burnt orange metallic

I bought my 2021 Camaro SS 1LE knowing that they are going to end the Camaro run. Why Chevy did not keep the best sports car for the money is beyond me. I love the looks, the way it drives, and of course the fact that it is a 6 speed. With only 3200 miles on the odometer, the car will hold its value.

Can't wait for our 2SS (minus 1LE) goes on the assembly line. In Florida, you are not able to check on your Event code without doing it through your dealership. So we will just have to bug them every once and a while to see what event code our 2SS is at.

For the most part , contrast color looks better than all one color . Cars the same color as the street are hard to see , expect people to pull out in front of you more often .

I've been offered a SS CE allocation in SoCal from a dealer I had originally asked about a ZL1 CE. Not sure if I will pull the trigger, but I am in conversation expecting the build details. I've specifically asked for which transmission the car the claim to have coming.

I feel bad for all the guys who have been waiting on their ZLE orders. I was going to place an order on a 23 ZLE last December, but lightning struck and my guy at my local Chevy Dealer got one in that was ordered for another customer. The buyer backed out and I was able to swoop in and grab it at MSRP with no mark-up. I got extremely lucky....and to think, I almost didn't pull the trigger on it because it wasn't the color I wanted. I'd be pissed right now if I had passed on it! They are incredible cars. I'm so sad to see them go.

Matte Black.. 🤔 I’m feeling old here but it look like they forgot to paint it.. I guess what I’m saying is matte black looks like primer.. when I was growing up people with matte black or satin hoods was people that couldn’t afford to paint their hoods to body match what they just bought in a JC Whitney Catalog….but that’s just my opinion.. have a wonderful day and keep putting up those good information and content.

I visited the dealership a week ago and the manager stated they have NOTHING regarding the 24’ model. All they had was a blue 23’ SS convertible. In the end, he said “Keep the Camaro you have”…..I’m thinking he’s right..

I'm happy with my 2017 ZL1 convertible modified to 760 HP at the crank.

Did they dyno the motor out of the car?

@Lethalgarage Yes I it was 643 Hp and 614 torque to the wheels on the dyno. It has a 10 speed trans tuned. It's a great ride as you could imagine. CSP in PA the best, tuned my ZL1.

I also feel the matte black finish is a sad color package for the final year. The likely “no more” ZLE package does make me feel extremely glad I got my ‘22 ZLE M6. I believe my ZLE is going to just skyrocket in resale value as these cars end production. Keep up the good info👍🏻

Glad my 2024 2SS convertible is at 3400 order status and I was hoping to see it before Labor Day. Just sad I couldn’t get the satin black front splitter and side rockers package, I will have to go aftermarket for that .

​@@seasgarage Probably for the same reason why there was a strike in Ohio a few years ago for GM closing the Ohio plant. Which I believe they built the cruze and a few other models there. They are probably going on strike for the Camaro being discontinued because it takes jobs away. It just goes into a downward spiral from there, economicly. Granted they are still building the CT4 and CT5 at the same plant as the Camaro.

My dealership just called and said they aren't making the track package for the ss either... you have to be kidding me. I'm assuming that's what that means? I've only seen that the ZL1 1le was having issues. So now the ss is impacted by that? I'm so confused because they aren't giving out jack shit for info.

Spent 3 hours at the dealer re working a new 24 camaro. They told me their is a 20% chance the car gets the track pack put on. The ELSD, Satin forged rims, satin rear blade all couldn't be added. They couldn't even tell me what part is on constraint. They also told me that they took away the employee discount for everyone. They also are charging more for the same parts that was on the 2022 and 2023s. So, now I have my original order in plus a backup order. Track pack is pretty important to me and I may just go get a automatic 2023. Wanted a manual, but without the track pack is looking impossible now...GM is shitting the bed...

Matte black is neat, but it’s like the old cars that had leather for the front seats for the driver and cloth velour in the back for miss daisy. Leather was seen as a more durable less luxurious material and now in modern day, It’s flip flopped.

I’m disappointed with GM, they did awesome work with the Gen 3 Camaros and Firebirds by adding upgrades to the 1990-92 cars with spoilers, ground effects, and interior upgrades before switching to the Gen 4 models. I seriously hope GM will bring back the Shadow Grey color and classic styling cues.

Yeeaaaa...this Collector’s Edition ZL1 has ZERO "Wow" factor.😖😕The Matte paint just looks like a wrap or makes the car look unfinished or just Primer. No additional options, no power or suspension upgrades...NOTHING!!....GM dropped the ball BIG TIME on these last 6th Gens. Not to mention, it's DEFINITELY not worth an additional 15k more than a regular ZL1. 👎👎. Getting my 2023 Z was a smarter choice and glad I didn't wait for this DUD to come out..disappointed in GM is an understatement. 🤬🤬

@@killercamaros7429 a sticker package car has never been valued by collectors, not like most Camaros that actually fetch good money. Like a Gen 1 COPO or a ZL1 with the original 427. Those are ‘rare’. Nothing about the 6th Gen is rare. Hence why I think a 2014 early low miles Z/28 is going to be rare vs. any of these cars. Maybe I’ll be wrong here, but history shows sticker packages have never been highly valued over special motors, or specific builds.

Why would anyone buy a matte black painted car? I can't beleive some of the trends that people follow. Black wheels are another trend that I don't care for. Buy what makes you happy. I think Chevrolet could have made a much more attractive "Collector Edition" car. It looks like Chevy didn't really care about ending the Camaro.

The mat black is mehhhh. There is some dealers in canada that have the zl1 collectors edition incoming and they have basically said its up for bid. I got my 2022 zle and i love that damn car. I will never sell it. Sad days in the best time for muscle cars.
