That rear end cover was a option from SLP.I believe it was for the Auburn high torque performance differential with cast aluminum cooling cover.

@@chemicalspore I actually don't.I just recognized the rear cover as a option on the SS.I am not sure if they sold it from SLP.I believe that it could only be bought with proof that you had an SS.But my memory from back in 2002 isn't great.It should show up on the SLP options list which I believe is on the driver's door.

@@LSxMotorsports2021 I have a list of all the RPO codes for my car that I printed, I circled all the codes that are on my door with the description. That cover does not show up as a code. I feel the previous owner put that on there.

@@chemicalspore thanks I have watched alot of ur videos in the past. Some a few times. I have a 2000 z28. Do you have any rubbing issues after you lowered your car. I'm running 295 front and back. As of now rubbing hasn't been a issue.
