Why would you drive still when the road is under construction? You should of taken the new express way

The expressway doesn’t start until Sihanoukville, so everyone had no choice but to take the regular highway from Koh Kong to Sihanoukville, then Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. The part under construction was blocked off, so I didn’t drive over it, but the section they allowed us to use was in such bad condition. They should fix one side at a time and then move to the other, not have a mess all over like this.

I will one day, but the driver's license I have was from before I moved to the US.
