I bought ONC villa near William because I study William I don’t like their roof and kitchen provide. Also a lot of people bought there were complain. I think I asked that sky villa and roof make out of zinc

The price depends on the model. Also I wasn’t interested in the selling price but more interested in the design as we were looking to get it built on our lot in Kampot province. Please check in the comments, someone had posted a detailed info about the pricing.

@@leahoung7486You’re welcome. The American bank may give you a hard time when you try to wire transfer huge amounts of money such as $100,000 or more to abroad. Don’t bother with them helping you if you are in America trying to wire transfer the money to Cambodia or any country. You need to do it yourself online by small sums first and then large sum after you know it got the right account. As long as you have the account and swift code, transfer from your American bank to your Cambodian bank is easy. Hope you enjoy reading this info.

Hi u have small children’s why you want to move to Cambodia? They should finish school in us first?
