Deforestation is a major problem there. Sen Monorom is just a dusty town. It is very sad!

They need to plant tree saplings. The company that are cutting down those trees should replant other trees besides pine to ensure the livelihoods of the residents there and the government shouldn’t turn a blind eye because the people that will suffer there are not foreigner but Khmer, even if they’re indigenous.

Great video! I hope the government will put the livelihood of the people first. They are trying hard to conserve their culture etc. hoping the people can get help with the deforestation issue.
