Cambodian Waffle Recipe - របៀបធ្វើនំពុម្ពខ្មែរ

This recipe, waffles turn out crunchy at the outside and moist and chewy at the inside. It is full of coconut meat and very delicious. It's quite easy to make at home. Give it a try.
Ingredients:
200g Rice flour
200g All purpose flour
2tsp Baking powder
800ml Coconut milk
3 eggs
200g Palm sugar
1tsp Salt
250g Coconut meat
