Thanks for your lovely video. I'm planning Galt to Paris then to Brantford and on to Burlington this weekend. I just got back from a 5 day all over Montreal tour and area and it was fantastic. Probably covered about 600 km in the 5 days. Montreal has many dedicated bike trails throughout the city. And lots of bridges to cross. Really worth going!

Thanks for your comments 🙏. Quebec is great for cycling as well. I was thinking about Montreal and Ottawa is on the radar as I have family there.

Even though I have quibbles with the way the trails get lost in Brantford, I do recommend doing the Paris to Hamilton stretch. Ironically, the best part is the TH&B Trail into Ham. Getting through Brantford: The first time I did it was probably the easiest and best (I've done it over twenty times over a ten year span) and into Brantford from a number of directions, twice from Port Dover, an incredible trail, and the most intuitive way to do is is on the south side of the Grand. Have a map or a navigation system. The downside to ending up or starting from Port Dover is the lack of transit options, whereas Brantford, Cambridge and especially Hamilton have GO bus (Ham also trains) options so that you don't have to retrace your route. Cambridge to Paris is as good as it gets in Southern Ontario for trails, I thought I was in heaven first time doing it.
