le feuilly Removing distractions and listening to quiet music that have no lyrics helps me (caffeine helps me concentrate too but I'm not sure how that affects my ability to actually learn things)

There is no particular rule that says you can't but the school will be able to see that you failed the year so you will most likely not be excepted

Garrett Yeah you'd get no sympathy tbh because we got told many times to back up to multiple locations and have a backup plan in place in case our computer/other equipment we need dies.

+Ser Matthew Batson Things work differently over here. You don't major or minor in anything really in the UK. He's studying Computer Science at Cambridge, and there are different aspects of it, like mathsy stuff and the coding stuff, but he's only doing Computer Science
