It’s camel up, but camel cup is a common mistake because of the nature of the game (race inspired) and the font graphics on the original version made it look like the capital C for camel doubled as a capital C next to up. Plus Camel Cup is definitely a cooler name :)

The original art and the fact that it is a race made the less observant people start calling it Camel Cup. The more observant people checked the copyright date on the back of the box, but were never able to convince the stubborn dimwits. This is like 15 years ago, now so I imagine this guy is set in his ways, forever looking foolish.
