Camelback Mountain - A Video Done by a Drone

This is really neat. How far away can you control it? The police could have used this when the poor fellow fell and the body was in a difficult spot to see. Look forward to seeing more of these.

The book says it has a 1 mile range.. I had mine drop out at a little over 1/2 mile down range and about 1600 feet up.. Thankfully it just goes in to go home mode and it came back all by itself...

My 3rd flight with my new drone... At 1:36 is where I lost contact with the drone and it went in to "go home" mode... The people on top of the mountain were my wife and some of our friends on their once a week hike.. Fun to play with and I am getting better with it..
