I assume chat explained it, but there's a node on the Thought skill tree that gives you shield for perfect dodges. Also, it matters whether you have the characters leveled up when you select them as companions?? Is it just for Dreamless or for everything? Rurouni Kenshin is airing a remake, I believe. I've heard it mentioned recently. Freiren is very solid, but the pacing is very... deliberate. Dungeon Meshi is solid too, though the early pacing can feel very episodic. Apothecary Diaries is also not bad, but it had a less skilled director, imo. Just the overall direction is a bit more wonky.

I've unlocked everything on the node, so maybe that explains something or another. I had the entire node unlocked before even starting this challenge, lol. I think all of the characters are leveled to 80/90 for this by default if you don't already have them leveled, but I'm not sure. Tbh, none of the "Support Characters" are super leveled, lol. I just need to "get good" and just be perfect, apparently, lol. Granted, no one can deny that some of those deaths were BS, lol. And yeah, Freya is guiding (by force) me through anime, lol.

It is certainly rough... Some of it really just feels out of the player's control.
