I did get Camellya in 30 pulls and her weapon in 20 pulls She is pretty much the havoc queen. She can block any opponent's move because she literally goes HELICOPTER HELICOPTER and she doesn't lose any energy while doing it. 100/10 definitely worth becoming broke.
