Sleeping paralysis is a phenomena that could be possible with anyone. Please ensure one is sleeping without keeping his hands or books or any other heavy things over the chest, thus not resisting the respiratory system when its working very slowly in deep sleep. Parallely, one's mind starts coming up gradually to awakening state and subconscious mind starts feeling like some abnormal things happening with him and he may not be able to do anything or move his hand to raise the alarm for getting immediate support. If that happens, please ensure such posture should be avoided while sleeping. This I am sharing from my personal experience. Though I am not having any knowledge or experience on the subject like Paranormal or any other such topics.
