I went to meet the craftsmen to soak up the technique. They usually use very rustic places like in this video. However you can adapt according to your environment. Personally I will not make these delicious candies.😂

Good morning. I understand your concern much better. I explained to you that I went to local artisans to see how they make these candies. I can confirm to you that it is not an easy thing to make them. A very difficult technique. I just showed you the process. I prefer to buy them than make them.
