I found it very interesting to hear the explanations of Blockchain on the Bitcoin Network, as well as, helping me understand that Bitcoin can run along side Gold, Stock Markets, etc. Living in Canada I could foresee a problem with real estate transactions because of our registration process is through a central Land Title Registry. Only lawyers and Notary Public have the authority to request a 'Title' who are stakeholders that ensure all Municipal , Provincial and Federal land ownership laws and taxation bases are adhered to, as well as positive identification of individuals and companies. I wish real estate transactions were as easy as buying pizza, but I think it's very futuristic for the next few generations. I really enjoyed listening to this You Tube, and I admit I don't listen to many You Tube videos. I'm curious to know what role the Gemini Company plays in all of this? I'll have to check it out!
