Cameron Boyce’s Last Film Helps Keep His Legacy Alive

The late Cameron Boyce was remembered fondly by his co-star Nicole Berger. “He just had a smile that could light up a room,” Berger said on “The Talk.” Boyce and Berger appear in the film “Runt,” which was Boyce’s last. “Runt” was shot in 2018, and was in post-production when Boyce died of an epileptic seizure in July of 2019. The film is dedicated to the young actor, and a portion of its proceeds will support the Cameron Boyce Foundation.

I watched him on Disney with my kids. He died in the same manner that my father did following a lifelong battle with epilepsy. I was so sad to hear of his passing. I will look into donating to the foundation 💜

Wow, the paparazzi on red carpets and elsewhere must have been tough on his epilepsy as well. It shows just how much he loved his craft in every piece he worked on. It’s clear he gave everything his all, and then some. Another Angel to keep over us. I’m sure he is lighting up heaven with his smile and still putting on a show. My older sister has epilepsy for a quite long time, but my sister hadn’t had a seizure for almost 3 years. (Still taking medication) and I am so happy about the Cameron Boyce foundation. Such a positive cheerful energy gone way too soon. My dad died suddenly on Father’s Day right before Cameron’s passing so I truly did empathize with the pain of losing someone you never could previously imagine life without!
