I have Cameron in 4/33, I think. The older Renau styles in the darker shades did seem to have issues with the knotting but I haven't noticed it with this one. Cameron looks fuller on me, but maybe that is because I got her several years ago. It is a very natural-feeling wig. Pretty on you, Lisa!

Liz Lyons yes the knotting is definitely more noticeable in the old styles, but that’s great that yours isn’t bad! I expected her to be fuller too, so I was pleasantly surprised by the density. It’s a very comfortable piece for sure! Thank you so much!💕

@@juliemann3243 Not especially low, as I recall. It has been a few years since I have worn Cameron (as I am wearing longer styles currently like Candace or Elle). Not low density, but very natural and light, very believable density. I can't recall if she has any permatease but if so, not much, because I don't like a lot of volume and I consider Cameron to be among my top 10 best wig purchases. For the coverage and quality, the density is excellent. Not a heavy wig, does not feel like wearing a hat.. Hope that helps!

I LOVE that color! This style looks like you. 💞 I really enjoy the outside shots. A pool, some sun and a fantasy, because we are 27 degrees and gray. Snow covered and dreary here, but beautiful there!

Beautiful color and wig. You look beautiful in every wig you put on...it just amazes me! Love throw and go wigs🥰. My measurements are 21 1/4-1/2 “ circumference and 12” ear to ear and front to back so I often end up with extra wig in my crown area in most average sizes ...as usual great review...and love your styling tips and also for always showing how glasses fit💕 Have a great day!

Beautiful wig on you Lisa! The color is gorgeous. I have this wig in #4 and it's a bit dark for me. But I got it on a great sale and that was the color available. Was wanting a Jon Renau wig and the styles I liked were too pricey so I'm happy to have it. I do have to stick bobbin pins near my ears for a ear tuck otherwise my ears stick out. As always love your very informative reviews!

Hi Lisa, it's an average cap and I'm pretty sure I'm a petite/average head size. So possibly that's why. It's still so beautiful and I so wanted to finally get a Jon Renau Cameron and a huge sale was the only way I could afford it. Even if I could afford it I wouldn't spend that much on any wig as they dont last like they did many years ago.

I managed to get Cameron for $220. The one caveat were limited shade choices. I ended up choosing Chocolate Pretzel (1BRH30), which is a soft black/red blend. I think that color would actually work rather well on me because when I was younger my hair was naturally dark brown and auburn mix. This is the most I've ever paid for a single wig, so before I made the final leap and bought it, I came straight here to remind myself how the wig looked on you and how you liked it. I think it's a good investment because Cameron is a good "every occasion" style. I just can't express how much your reviews really help me.

I love your reviews: relaxed, eloquent and knowledgeable. I'm was a brunette too (white now). I find that when I try to change the side of the part that it doesn't lay right. How do you tame it? I've tried a hot brush but it doesn't help. Any videos that would guide me. Happy New Year 2025!

I just got this wig and...I do struggle with her. For me, the worst thing is very very low density ( I`m used to Estetica`s wigs ). How do they do the "lite" version of this style with even less fibers, I really don`t know. The cut itself is quite strange, the fibers flick every direction, there is a lot of box hair at the back which looks fake. Since it`s not a heat friendly wig, I`m not sure how to fix this and style this wig ( any ideas, please? ). The cap fits me quite small too. I spent a fortune on this wig and and I am quite disappointed as I can not afford to buy another one now so I will have to manage Cameron somehow... Thank you!

I’m so sorry you’re struggling with this wig because you’re right, it’s so expensive! I’ve never tried the lite version, but I wondered the same thing! You can actually use low heat to help train the fibers, you just have to be careful. I’ll link a video here showing how I trained a similar wig. I used a steamer on mine, worked a treat. Mine was colour 6 and was crazy blinding shiny in sun light… this looks the same in your video curious as to what you thought “to the naked eye”.

Hi Lisa--please tell me which Jon Renau color is the best brown for you--Hot Cocoa, Cocoa Bean 8/32 or something else--I don't want any of the 4 series (too dark)--also #6 (brown) looks a bit dark. Thanks so much.

Hi! I prefer not to go darker than an 8 with the JR brunettes. Hot Cocoa is 8rh14 so it has a blonde highlight and 8/32 is a medium brown/auburn blend, but the auburn doesn’t really stand out much. 8rh14 looks lighter than 8/32. I guess the determining factor would be if you want to go more blonde, or auburn. I love both shades!💕
