I had a wig in Venice Blonde and it was much darker. Now I wish I had returned it, because this color was what I had expected!

It's absolutely possible to receive colors that are lighter or darker than you expect. The manufacturers are allowed a difference from piece to piece in color, length, density, cap size, amount of lace, amount of permatease, etc..... Although this is not considered a defect, we always allow you to return a piece that isn't a final sale, customization or accessory. If you purchase from someone other than us, just be sure to check that company's return policy. Best Wishes!

What is the reason for going in circles on the lace front? You're essentially wearing the lace down each time and damaging it.

Hi Linda! Patti has been doing it her entire career and she is very careful-- she has never reported any lace front damage thankfully.😊 There are a few reasons she does this technique. One reason is to ensure the lace front is laying completely flush with the hairline and isn't bulging up off the face anywhere. Another reason is that most, if not all, of Patti's wigs have her "Patti's Signature Hairline" which means baby hairs have been cut along the lace front. Circling your fingers at the lace brings those baby hairs out because they often can get stuck underneath the lace because they're so short. It is part of her wig routine, but if you find that this technique doesn't work as well for you then it's certainly not a necessity!🥰
