Cameron before you season the lobster, dry them thoroughly with a paper towel. The juices from the lobster and remaining water makes it pop when it hits the oil. Friendly tip from someone who has more pop spots on her arm than a leopard 😂😂😂. HAPPY NEW YEAR AND BLESSINGS TO ALL YOUR FAMILY💖💖💖
