Thanks for the tour, am from st catherine but never see so much of old Harbour, but yes, that's what the developers does, they use ur deposit to build, and in some cases they go bankrupt and never build after waiting for 1to 2yrs, and ur lucky to get back all ur deposit , I admire this drive trough, blessings from canada❤❤❤❤
