The enclosed office would make a better tv/soundbar room if dimensions larger then shown space. Who sets these rooms up --hot very sunny WORST POSSIBLE areas for tv! Also with closed door, not disturbing others. Very great if floor plan available ….

Okay, property is great but video was overexposed, grainy and audio is trash. It said 4K but quality is not even full HD.
