For the salad cream I usually add one garlic and a little bit of ground white pepper. It works wonders you should try it. It's so delicious too.

Hi Cynthia, you could add more mayonnaise and condensed milk to the dressing to dilute the vinegar. You could also add a little oil. Hope this helps.

Please Precious, what is that white creamy thing like yoghurt, u used to make the dressing? Again, I didn't see where u put the lettuce...I probably didn't pay attention. Also, I don't eat salad but I used to hear pple say the cabbages and lettuce are washed with vinegar to soften...how true?

Hi dear, it is mayonnaise. The lettuce was not used in this salad. I brought it out to show that you could either use lettuce or cabbage. Hope that helps. Also, I never use vinegar to wash my lettuce but sometimes I will put some drops of vinegar in water and use to wash my cabbage - it helps to kills germs. Hope this helps and so sorry for the late response.
