Looking at this from a juror’s point of view the amount of objections DA Love hurls during defense questioning suggests the STATE is HIDING SOMETHING. They don’t want something to come out. She objects waaaay too much. She may be effective in getting some things stricken but the jury still heard it and the heard the objections every 3rd question. And they also hear the judge coaching her on which objections to make. As a juror that would make me think the State either has no case or they’re playing dirty.

It’s nothing new the state got favored by the first judge and now gets favored by this judge ms love objects before the defense finishes there sentence and nothing happens but if the defense does that there being ruled and speaking down on the state and yesterday the one lawyer for Shannon was up there and went to ask a question and he said 2 words she said objection and the question was did the witness know the da told his lawyer to remind him there not playing and he still got 20 years of probation and once max said did you know the da told your lawyer she said objection relevance cause she know what she did was wrong and wasn’t suppose to happened and she tried to shut the lawyer up so he wouldn’t expose another dirty play from here but again since the beginning the judges have been being bias and favoring the state and the state have been playing dirty and doing really dirty work everything they been doing has been under the table in the slimmest of ways there scum of the earth rather thugs innocent or not if you want to prove he’s guilty do it the right way

15:20 to about 15:40 - Ms. Love's facial expressions. Ms. Love thought she was going to win the game of chicken with Mr. Steel because she thought he wouldn't want the tape played because she believed QZ's father was behind some type of "conspiracy" claiming he was sick and her investigator did the right thing. As soon as he showed up 4 straight days ready to testify and Steel tries to introduce ole buddy's threats, she says she's glad to hear it but only if he is a Defense witness. Just absolutely genius by Steel to say he would love to but it'd be easier if they could just rule on admissibility first to get it played in front of the judge

Also I do post-conviction remedies (wrongful convictions) for a living and the leading cause for wrongful convictions is still co-defendant/co-conspirator snitch testimony. As Woody, Mounk Tounk, and QZ have said, they had an easy out and took it because investigators and prosecutors simply do not care if they're telling the truth because they get to go free and the investigators and prosecutors assume they'll be long gone before or if anyone figures it out.

When the prosecution is talking and doing their direct of witnesses in most cases it makes you really believe the defendant is guilty. Love’s questioning of witnesses does not paint that same perfect picture of how it happened like most prosecutors are able to do. The few tidbits of the story you are able to piece out from what Love’s questions are are obliterated as soon as the defense starts their cross.

This case is appealable multiple ways on us. Constitutional grounds and I suspect Georgia constitutional grounds. And who knows what other grounds based on state specific laws and rules... Thugs going home and I've seen enough to know that even if he is guilty, fukton county needs to take this loss to reign the corruption in.. from the beginning, Fulton county/ city law enforcement and prosecutors have shown a wonton disregard of clearly established law , and almost and disdain towards individual rights of people that not only were established since this country was born but are also so sacred that each one of them had to swear oath to protect abd defend them. They have violated this oath, and upon impartial investigation should not only be fired, but also face imprisonment. That's exactly how a judge would talk to you if you broke the law . The US Constitution is the supreme law of America. And the Georgia State Constitution is the supreme law of Georgia. When you violate somebodys rights, it's not an oopsie. They broke the law.. they speak of rights violations in passing like it isn't a violation of the highest law in a given jurisdiction. When you violate a lesser law, they certainly aren't easygoing
