So the people in DICE now are not the same experienced team that worked on the earlier releases, they don't even know how to use the frostbite engine. We will see if Respawn can save the next one because the DICE we knew is long gone.

6:48 that magazine got yeeted A tip for anyone running infantry mines (personnel or claymores) is to place them near the frontlines. In the heat of the battle no one puts enough attention towards looking out for mines, they’ve got bigger things to worry about. And whenever your being pushed back, there’s a good chance you’ll get multiple enemies with one mine. Charging in together as a team feels amazing, your infantry mine agrees. Oh and I forgot *Please. Build. Walls.* They cost virtually nothing. And they’ll save your teammates as well. iirc two out of the four options are built immediately.

I just needed to shoot more rounds at the bad guys - one way to do that is to yeet unfired ammo at targets at such velocities. All great points to add mate, cheers!

Placing walls as support will spawn them instantly built its really good for front lines

when you reload and you're not on the move, always quick reload and pick up the dropped mag while reloading. makes it faster than a slow reload edit: even if you fully empty the mag, pick it up! you can only get ammo refills if you have the mags on you

@8:22 there is a point in keeping it. Keeping the mag will ensure that, when you go to refill your magazines, you'll refill them all and not just the two you kept on you.

One quick tip I saw, is you can tacti reload and then pick it back up faster than a regular reload

Another tip is that sniper scopes don't have glare in the night maps. So if you bost your gamma and get a sniper it looks like day

Armour covers specific hitboxes, one of the reasons why if you are shooting at a support player in EXO armour, then its better to hit them on their legs.

What about the "bright" on the sniper scopes? I played the play test today and some enemies (more at the night map) didnt had the "bright" when shooting at me from far away... but it was too far to use a ironsight/collimator like red dot. Is it that some scopes have the bright and some dont?

You missed out on the biggest advice and that is the most important skill and biggest factor in deciding who will win a fight: Knowing the enemy position. Simply knowing where the enemy is will give you an unbelievable advantage since, unlike other fps games, the maps are designed in a way to allow players to hide in corners, foliage and buildings. This can also mean you can get sniped from any position, so always move cover to cover and never stay out in the open for more than a few seconds. If you see a shining white thing in the distance, that's either an enemy sniper's muzzle-flash or a mock muzzle-flash machine that was put there by the enemy. You can use it to either fire at it and kill the sniper (managed to do it a few times) or use it to learn where the sniper is and avoid being in-sight of it. Also, when entering a new building, check for traps and always be on your guard, the TTK is extremely low, fights usually take 0.2 seconds and 3 shots, so reaction time is key.

IMO the way to reload is to always dump the mag and just pick it up while you reload. You can't move and reload, so if you want to do that, then decide to either abandon the mag or do a slow reload.

I have a bug where no matter what I cant heal as the medic class. I never get the right click to heal pop up and doing so doesnt heal. I feel absolutely useless and want to heal people.

aww man... I just learned about this game and it looked great, since BF2042 is so unfun this looked like it could fill that spot in my library, then I noticed the magazines in the UI and hoped it wasn't a throw away you ammo kinda thing thing but it turns out this is one of those overly complex shooters that cram as many "realistic" mechanics in as possible. for anyone who wants to shit on me for being disappointed, it's a game I just wanna shoot dudes and the more things you gotta keep track of the less you can get in the zone, and also before some insane person bitches at me I never said these kind of games shouldn't exist just that I had hoped this game was something it's not.

Why would they remove being able to see teammates through walls like at 12:07. Currently there's just triangles so you don't know how close a teammate is or if it's them making the footsteps. The game is a bit of a cluster fuck at the moment with footsteps being hard to triangulate, random spawn points, no minimap and hard to see friendly indicators. I love the feel of the shooting but getting shot in the back constantly is a little annoying.

Frag rounds do not have the same trajectory as regular HEAT RPG-7 rounds in real life, there should be a 1-2-300m marking on right side for medium warheads that is comparatively closer.
