This was amazing thank you so much, i dont really get nightmares but i have really bad anxiety and never been in a relationship ( and asking my parents for help makes me uncomfortable idk why) and so because iv never really had anything to hold me it caused me to be really touch starved and lonely to the point i have to hug a pillow while i sleep, this really helps with it all and i just want to say tysm.❤️
