How to make meat and vegetable skewers.
Hello everyone, today we prepare a delicious skewers of meat and vegetables. You can use them for a starter or a meal with a nice green salad.

Meat and vegetable skewers.
Ingredients:
500 grams of beef or veal.
1 zucchini.
12 medium mushrooms.
½ green bell pepper.
½ red bell pepper.
Garlic, parsley to taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Bamboo sticks.
Preparation:
- Prepare the marinade for the meat, adding in a bowl, crushed garlic, fresh parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.
- Cut the meat into strips of approximately 2.5 centimeters.
- Add the garlic and parsley preparation to the meat, marinate for a minimum of 2 hours to 24 hours (refrigerated).
- Cut the zucchini into half slices of approximately 2 cm.
- Cut the mushrooms in half.
- Cut the peppers into 2 cm squares as well.
- All the pieces of both meat and vegetables should be about the same size.
- Hydrate the bamboo skewers in water.
- Insert on a toothpick alternating vegetables and meat.
- Grill the skewers on a griddle over medium heat and occasionally brush them with the garlic and parsley mixture.
- Serve hot.
