Congratulations. This is so impressive. Also, the presentation of this video is great. The scenery is beautiful, and you and Molly are naturals as presenters. It is inspiring, and makes me want to do it (if I could). I can't wait for the next video.

Just to add - I was listening to ESPN's daily soccer/football show the other day. They have been previewing every Spanish first division team. A main team from northern Spain is Celta Vigo. The guy doing the preview is named Luis Garcia. He was a world class player who played for Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, and Liverpool. Anyway, he gave a long explanation on how great the Camino de Santiago is and how that visitors to the region absolutely must give it a try. He has done it.

We're going back next year if any of you want to join us. Your feet probably won't allow you to do it, but people also do it on bike or horseback.

When doing a roadtrip a few years back (from Jaca in the midwestern Pyrenees to Finestere - then back again along the coast) I got the feeling (aweighed to the Spanish Mediterranean and the likes of Normandy, Aquitaine and the French Mediterranean from Montpellier towards Spain) that it was somewhat rather difficult (especially by car) to get a feeling and also get down into the beaches/shoreline coz everything is so steep down-to-the-sea and suchlike. Wonder if there is any (relatively) flattish bits of the north coast of Spain? Where one could literally drive more or less along the seashore or somesuch and take it all in? Happy to see an whole previous year of Compostella travelogue I can relax and go through. Thank you.

I haven't been along the whole north coast, but I've been along a lot of Cantabria, Asturias, and Galicia, and I think most of them have that drop to the sea. I can't think of anywhere that the road is close to sea level.

What city does your family live in Northern Spain? I am half Spanish and I have family in Saunces… well actually Tagle. I’m doing the Camino.. hopefully this year. Thanks for the videos!!! :)

My husband grew up in Oviedo, but his family have all moved away from there. We now have family in Lugo, Sillobre (near Ferrol along the Camino Ingles), and La Coruna. Some of them will be in a future post once we get to Galicia. Thanks for watching and I hope you love the Camino. We certainly did!

Lo mejor oír los pasos del caminante, los cencerros de las cabras y ovejas y el mujido de las vacas y las campanas. Nada de música.😁😊💃🇪🇸
