Camino de Santiago Time Lapse Series - 01: Alto de Perdón, Navarra (Sep. 16, 2020)

The first one in this series is this mini time lapse recording done on the Alto de Perdón summit, roughly between Pamplona and Puente la Reina, on day 3 of the French Camino. Like in most places on the Camino in the COVID year 2020, this summit, normally filled with Pilgrims resting and picture-taking, was almost completely empty.
I shot this time lapse with my iPhone 11 Max Pro, set on a tripod (though there was still a bit of a wind shake since this is, after all, a mount summit), and using the app "Framograph." The total was 650 frames shot at 4 sec intervals.
Funny fact: this was my very first time lapse ever, and little did I know how addictive it was what I was getting myself into...

Strangely enough, I first thought it could have smth to do with Don Quichotte. But it's not! ))) Those people are Pilgrims, either on foot or on horseback, and they make their way along the Camino to Santiago. The sculpture was erected in 1996. Below, engraved into one of the monuments you can read: Donde se cruza el camino del viento con el de las estrellas. Which translates into English as: ... where the path of the wind crosses that of the stars. Thank you for this time lapse, Max.)
