The finger thing is called Raynaud's syndrome. My nan and dad had it. It's caused by circulation problems so the fingers or toes go white as no blood can get to them. It mainly happens when someone gets cold, stressed or anxious. Hope this helps :)

It's a blood circulation thing where you'll have like no blood in your fingers and/or toes (especially triggers in winter/cold conditions) and it is annoying as hell (I have to run my hands under hot water or hold a hot water bottle to stop it). I know when it's happening to my toes in particular as I feel something in my shoe and then I'm like "Ah, it's just my toes!" because they're numb so the rest of my body is like "What's this foreign object?" lol It can be one finger, multiple finger tips, all the fingers, on one hand, both hands... it just does it at it's own will. Same with the toes lol
