Ok. So. You can place streetlights up top. You can also add the Concrete pillar light things down below in the aisles now that you have the second floor. And no. They don't have the basement in the game yet. At least not as far as I can tell. Hopefully this comment helps! Keep up the good work!

Hey Camodo! I just wanted to let you know that in storage hustle, if you get the auto sell feature, you can sell a perfect golden Deagle for 8000 dollars. I just found this out and got to 100k dollars in about an hour while opening storages. Btw the easiest way to get golden deagle's is yard sales i would say.

You add the roofs over each space because they give you like $10 an hour extra from each spot that has it. Building the second level doesn't remove that extra money it just gives you twice the spots, which you can then put roofs over for even more money. Also, planters are your friends. You should be putting them down all.over and then putting the plants in those. The right combinations can get you tons of extra money per hour. Also, all plants affect all.spots on the half of the lot it appears on. (Lot meaning each of the four lots. So on each of those lots,whatever side you have plants on gets the bonus for all spots)

I have played this game and I am getting 900-1300 per car as I have put hedges on plant holders along the verges, with the tier 3 roofs making me $89 per hour also when the second level is placed the roofs remain also the basement hasn't yet been available in the game yet loving the playthrough, as a Sub from New Zealand we don't have thanksgiving here so have a great thanksgiving cant wait for the next Vid

Commodo get level 2 fences because it gives you more security so there’s not not a lot of bad people

I would just skip level 2 and go to level 3. You only get half of your money back when you sell things, so to me, buying anything lower than level 3 is just lost money. Though in this case, he expanded so fast that upgrading the fences becomes a pretty big task.
