Its not a AT-TE its a HAVw A6 juggernaught. It's not a walker (its actually one of the few things in star wars that uses wheels) and is only used under correct cercumastances while AT-TEs are litteral cannons that can be in space and climb up walls.

I think that an A6 juggernaut aka clone turbo tank would make more sense since that one has tires but maybe it's just tu big but the AT-TE looks a bit more aesthetic than the A6 juggernaut and it is smaller than the A6 juggernaut so by the end it is cool even though it doesn't have the legs or turrets
