Well, you can use the Bones and Any Animal skin for protection and armor. And you can add the cannibal's teeth on your main weapon as more damage and use their skull as weapons as well.

I know a secret ending.at the end when you come acrost a thingy with a button to send down a plane take a right👉 ,there's a thingy where you can type stuff in in a cutscene and you cant end the game because it will be endless and you will get a piece of alien technology on a stick thats made of metal where if its blue canibals wont attack you,and if its red there will be waves of canibals out to kill you.
