The windows should realistically be able to withstand any amount of water pressure unless it is an intense amount of pressure change

They can withstand storms, but they cannot withstand rogue waves. There's been plenty of cases where ships have been rendered unable to maneuver because a rogue wave smashed through the bridge windows and destroyed all the equipment.

They do, but the superstructure of them is actually fairly lightweight, all the heavy machinery is low down as well as water ballast, so they appear more top heavy than they actually are.

This reminds me of a workshop item I saw during like summer break called like The Serene or something, it was actually made for Jank and it's modded. If I remember correctly it has a sink exactly like that but the furniture moves, and the slides on the top deck collapse or something, and like theres an actual escape path you have to go on to succesfully escape the ship, while also remaining in time to escape before it fully capsizes

The OG film came out in 1972, it's sequel Beyond the Poseidon Adventure came out in 1979, a made for tv remake came out in 2005 and most recently the theatrical remake in 2006.

My favourite is actually the film from 2005 that hardly anyone knows. Many say it's trash, but I found it to be the most entertaining, and it stayed more faithful to the original than the 2006 movie.

Those windows can take (say there 2 inches thick) around 1,000 psi but could take 6,000 lbs. if tempered. But at that time it would hav been much lower.

These are the Movies: The Poseidon Adventure (1972) Beyond the Poseidon Adventure (1979) The Poseidon Adventure (TV Movie, 2005) Poseidon (2006) This is the ship that is in this video! I have seen and own all of them. They are all pretty good. The worst one for me was the 2005 tv version.

Just for advice In the movie, the escapes in the propeller shaft. And you should do that in a future video. Just saying they escaped in the propeller shaft in the 2006 film. Also the really old version Was made in 1972
