Selling the Stuff is better early-game than late. The customers look like they pick a shelf, then the items, rather than coming in with something in mind. In testing, I got about $250 per Stuff when I handled the register, and *significantly* less when Daisy checked the same bundle out. AFAICT, cars can bargain to sell as a percentage of the original purchase price. The list price on your tablet does absolutely nothing whatsoever; the sell menu ignores it. You cannot upgrade your babies. People just say that because the *house* upgrade message displays through the babies.

You should use the manager parking spaces at the back of the garage for selling your cars that way the station doesn't get blocked. It looks pretty cool as well.

Best way to make money is to not spend it. You make a decent amount from the station and just letting it run would ensure the income. You need to make the entrance and exit viable to maximize your profits which is where you are losing money because you are subverting it into a car lot blocking pathing to the pumps. It will feel like you have less money all the time because the overhead on product for your car lot is astronomical at 30k per unit and only 5k profit per sale but is a decent income in itself although your station makes you an easy 50k+ per day. Find a better spot for the car sales and get the station working properly and your money will hit that milli in no time. I would avoid the drug route as it requires you to be there in times of issue and the income would barely scratch the 2k mark. Probably could sell equal amount of soda, cigs, or chips in same retail space and time.
