I had an AMAAAAZING time thank you!! I had my interview in December however in January I went to the Camp America Recruitment fair where I was hired so it was slightly different for me, I've heard it can take a few months the normal way though! if you still haven't been placed by january I'd definitely recommend attending a recruitment fair x

+Emily Westwood Thank you!!:) aw congrats, fingers crossed for you!! yes do it! I actually ended up being hired at a recruitment fair so my camp didn't see mine untill after I was hired but it definitely makes your application stand out and they're more likely to hire you if you have one than if you don't! I have another video on this channel with tips on how to make your video/tips on the rest of the process if you want to check it out :) xx

Hey ! I'm currently 17 years old and hoping to apply in August for Camp America 2017 ! Would you advice applying before recruitment fairs ( does this mean they start looking for a place for you?) or can you apply before the recruitment fairs and then speak to camps at the recruitment fairs ?😊I've seen a few camps I'd be Interested in , obviously I'm gonna go in open minded and see what happens but just curious 😊😊Video's great by the way , and very very helpful so Thankyou !!

Hey! I You have to apply before the recruitment fair so you have an application with your skills etc to show them at the fair! plus camp america will only be able to contact you about the fairs once you've applied so definitely apply first. You'll also be able to move to a shorter queue if you've already been interviewed! They look to place you as soon as you complete your application so there may be a possibility you're placed before recruitment but thats still a good thing! So if you haven't been placed by the recruitment fair then you go and speak to camps! also don't set your heart on one particular camp, not all camps will be at recruitment and they will be looking for people with specific skill sets which you might not meet! also theres no guarantee of being placed at fairs so keep that in mind too! hope this helped :) xx
